Couples and Families:

When disconnect and division starts setting in, it may be time for counseling. I keep the relationship as my top priority and give each person the space to be heard while working toward healing and connection. â€‹

EMDR Trained:

EMDR can be a highly effective tool to help heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences. I am happy to be able to offer this modality because of the impact it can have in relieving unpleasant symptoms.

College and Young Adult:

This period of life can be overwhelming, lonely, and stressful. There are a lot of big decisions to navigate and the responsibilities can pile up. Counseling at this life stage can have a life-long positive impact on relationships and the ability to manage stress and anxiety.
